Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

The product is unused and in original packaging with all tags intact.

Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you through the return process.
Refund Policy
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will initiate your refund.
Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
In case of COD orders, refund will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
Replacement Policy
If you requested a replacement:
The new product will be shipped within 2–3 business days after approval.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
